The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) Dubai , UAE

The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) is launching the Global Risks Forum (GRF)—a pioneering multilateral platform for sovereign-grade risk foresight, corridor-based governance innovation, and resilient finance infrastructure. Anchored in Geneva and led by the Global Risks Alliance, GRF brings together governments, multilateral agencies, industry leaders, and civic stewards to co-create scalable solutions for systemic global risks.

In 2025, GRF will seat its inaugural Founding Leaders Council, the core governance body responsible for shaping GRF’s strategic direction, corridor architecture, and treaty-aligned partnerships. This prestigious opportunity offers a pathway to formal Board nomination in 2026 and is ideal for high-integrity leaders with a passion for open governance and resilience innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-develop the GRF 2025–2030 strategic plan and corridor deployment roadmap.
  • Establish governance, election, membership, and policy committees.
  • Advise on sovereign frameworks, corridor finance instruments, and scenario certification protocols.
  • Build alliances with governments, IFIs, risk pools, and indigenous governance councils.
  • Represent GRF at summits, showcases, and policy briefings as a public ambassador.

Who Should Join:

  • Senior government or IGO leaders, climate diplomats, or sovereign risk finance strategists.
  • Multilateral collaborators with corridor-scale impact experience.
  • Visionary thought leaders committed to global resilience and transparent governance.

Membership Requirement: All Council members must be enrolled as Affiliate, Fellow, or Patron Members for 2025.
