Partner with Hamilton Bradshaw to build a specialised real estate advisory business that provides high-value strategic, financial, and operational advice across the real estate investment and development landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Launch and lead a boutique real estate advisory firm in Dubai.

Define core offerings such as transaction advisory, asset management, valuations, REIT advisory, and more.

Build and lead a high-performing team of property consultants, analysts, and industry experts.

Develop and maintain strategic client relationships with private equity, family offices, developers, and corporate investors.

Deliver insightful, data-driven, and compliant solutions aligned with regional real estate regulations.

Ensure strong financial performance, integrity, and long-term value creation.

Required Qualifications:

Current residency in Dubai.

15+ years of post-qualified experience in real estate consulting, investment, development, or valuation.

Deep understanding of UAE property regulations (RERA, DLD, ADGM, DIFC).

Proven leadership, client development, and real estate sector delivery experience.

Strong entrepreneurial instincts, commercial awareness, and execution ability.
