Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Forwarding Agent to join our Dubai team and manage end-to-end logistics for international shipments. The ideal candidate will coordinate the transportation of goods across air, sea, and land, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in project freight forwarding and a strong understanding of global shipping procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments via air, sea, and land, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with international regulations.

• Manage customs procedures, export/import documentation, and shipping invoices.

• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with shipping lines, airfreight agents, suppliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.

• Address shipping issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions.

• Negotiate freight rates and service terms with carriers and suppliers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

• Support project-based forwarding, including specialized transportation for plant equipment, construction, and industrial materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping, including project forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and transport documentation.

• Proven experience handling shipments A-Z by air, sea, and land.

• Experience in European transportation markets and global logistics coordination.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Customer-focused, with the ability to provide proactive solutions and updates.

• Strong negotiation skills with shipping lines, airfreight agents, and suppliers.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) required.

Salary:
AED 5,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
