TMT Consultancy is building a professional prop-style trading desk and is looking for experienced Forex, Futures, and Commodities Traders to join their team in Dubai or remotely. Unlike typical prop challenges, TMT directly allocates real capital without demo tests or upfront fees, providing traders with institutional-grade infrastructure and access to tier-1 brokers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage live trading accounts on MT4/MT5 and futures platforms (CQG, TT, etc.).

• Execute personal profitable strategies across FX, commodities, indices, and futures.

• Adhere strictly to firm-wide risk management rules and trading limits.

• Provide regular trading updates and ensure transparency of activity.

• Collaborate with the risk team and fellow traders in a professional environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven trading record with at least 6 months of verified live trading statements.

• Strong risk management skills (position sizing, drawdown control, stop-loss discipline).

• 2–3 years of professional trading experience (prop firm, bank treasury, or independent).

• Expertise in FX, Futures, and Commodities markets (options/stocks experience is a plus).

• Experience with reputable prop firms and withdrawal proofs is highly desirable.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a prop-style structure.

• Stable internet and a professional trading setup (for remote traders).
