Manchester City Football Club is hosting its first-ever recruitment day for football coaches in Muscat, Oman, with the goal of hiring coaches for their UAE-based programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for football coaches in the GCC region to showcase their skills and potentially join the team. Coaches will be responsible for delivering Manchester City’s football coaching philosophies, engaging with players, and supporting the overall development of football programs in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure coaching methodologies align with Manchester City’s philosophies.

• Support pre, during, and post-delivery of coaching sessions.

• Review coaching sessions and suggest improvements to the program.

• Work both individually and as part of a team to meet the program’s expectations.

• Support the City Football Middle East office with local and regional activations.

• Maintain professional conduct both on and off the field.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• FA Level 2 / UEFA C minimum qualification.

• Education in sports coaching or teaching.

• Proven experience in football coaching, working with diverse players.

• Experience in planning, delivering, and reviewing football coaching sessions.

• Familiarity with player development and the four-corner model.

• Experience working in a professional football club or similar sports organization.

• Ability to travel as required for projects both in the UK and internationally.

• Safeguarding training (FA Safeguarding Children Workshop) required.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching within a school environment.
