Racing City Group is seeking passionate and qualified Football Coaches (Treinadores de Futebol) to join their teams in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and conducting daily training sessions, developing game strategies, and monitoring player performance. The position requires strong coaching and educational skills to guide athletes in their technical and tactical development while promoting sportsmanship and discipline.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured football training sessions.

• Develop game strategies and prepare players for competitions.

• Monitor and assess player performance regularly.

• Provide constructive feedback to support players’ technical and tactical growth.

• Promote sports education, teamwork, and discipline among athletes.

• Support both youth and adult players in their football journey.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports (required).

• Recognized coaching certification (IPDJ or equivalent).

• Proven experience as a football coach with practical and theoretical knowledge.

• Strong communication skills to ensure effective player understanding.

• Knowledge of sports education and teaching methodologies.

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop players.

• Additional skills such as team management experience and fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage.
