Job Summary:
The Food Services Supervisor at The St. Regis Dubai The Palm is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This non-management role contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily food and beverage operations in assigned areas

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards

Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and assist in training

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally

Support implementation of operational procedures and standards

Assist in inventory management and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements:

Relevant experience in food and beverage supervision in a luxury hotel environment

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of hospitality standards and service excellence

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
