Trump International Golf Club, Dubai, a premier golf destination in the heart of DAMAC Hills, is hiring a Food & Beverage Storekeeper to manage its kitchen and bar inventory operations. This role ensures smooth and compliant storage, issuing, and documentation of all food and beverage items, contributing to seamless F&B service.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify food and beverage deliveries based on quantity, quality, and club specifications.

Organize and store items in dry, cold, or frozen storage using FIFO practices.

Maintain and update accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen and bar teams against approved requisitions.

Monitor inventory levels and alert managers to shortages or overstock.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of storage areas.

Track expiry dates and act promptly on near-expiry items.

Handle receiving documentation and coordinate with purchasing/accounting departments.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and storage standards (HACCP and club policies).

Report damaged, expired, or non-compliant items promptly.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (certification in storekeeping/inventory a plus).
Experience:
-
2–3 years in F&B storekeeping, preferably in hospitality (hotels, clubs, or restaurants).
Skills:
-
Familiarity with food & beverage storage and inventory control systems.

Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols.

Basic computer skills (Excel, POS/inventory software).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock safely.
Working Conditions:

Role involves standing, lifting, and working in cold or hot environments.

Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays depending on club operations.
