Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily food and beverage operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas.

Interact with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Support cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.

Participate in menu tastings and provide feedback to the culinary team.

Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance industry knowledge.

Contribute creative ideas to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Skills & Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.

Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Time management and multitasking abilities.

Enthusiastic about learning and growing in hospitality.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
