Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Executive to support the Director of Food & Beverage with day-to-day operations, administration, and coordination. This role is perfect for a candidate who is highly organized, service-oriented, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide full administrative support to the Director of F&B, including calendar management, reports, presentations, and documentation.

Coordinate internal communication, F&B meetings, and scheduling across all F&B outlets.

Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and professional correspondence.

Track attendance and manage records of the F&B management team.

Handle restaurant reservations and guest requests with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain departmental documentation and filing systems.

Assist with operational and strategic projects led by the F&B Director.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B operations within a luxury 5-star hotel.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of hospitality systems is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; a second language is desirable.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
