Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Food & Beverage Executive to support the Director of Food & Beverage in administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination. The role involves managing F&B-related communication, reports, and scheduling, ensuring smooth operations within the Food & Beverage department. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in F&B operations, preferably within a 5-star hotel, with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Organizational Support: Manage all F&B administrative tasks, maintain records, process reports, and ensure efficient filing and correspondence.

Communication & Coordination: Handle calls, manage the Director’s diary, schedule meetings, and ensure communication within the team.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, letters, and memorandums; compile and distribute weekly and monthly reports.

Attendance Management: Track team attendance, vacation plans, and verify time records.

Meeting & Reservation Handling: Arrange meetings, take minutes, assist with restaurant reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations within a 5-star hotel.

Clear communication skills in English and one additional language.

Competency in MS Office and hospitality systems (desirable).

Ability to understand guest needs, deliver excellent service, and efficiently manage multiple tasks under pressure.
