Marriott International is looking for a Food & Beverage Barista to join the Renaissance Business Bay Hotel Dubai team. The role involves delivering exceptional beverage service, handling transactions accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent guest experiences in line with Marriott’s global hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Record and manage transactions using the MICROS system.

• Secure and balance cash banks, resolve discrepancies, and complete cashier reports.

• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth service.

• Support management in training, scheduling, and coaching team members.

• Adhere to company policies, safety, and security procedures at all times.

• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of company assets.

• Anticipate guest needs, provide excellent service, and assist individuals with disabilities.

• Perform additional duties as required by supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related work experience in hospitality or food & beverage.

• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move and lift up to 10 pounds.

• Supervisory Experience: Not required.
