We are currently hiring a Food & Beverage Assistant (All Rounder) to join our vibrant team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service across all areas, including breakfast and event operations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the F&B department
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Support departmental goals and contribute to achieving hotel targets
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to control costs and optimize performance
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with Radisson’s values

Qualifications:

• Native Arabic speaker
• Prior experience in food & beverage service within Dubai hotels or restaurants
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a strong work ethic
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
• Creative problem-solving and ownership of assigned duties
• Strong communication skills and personal integrity
• Familiarity with IT systems used in hospitality operations
