The role involves delivering five-star service, creating exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service, meeting and greeting guests warmly.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service.

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Work 6 days per week, covering 48 hours total.
