Hyatt is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Admin to support our Food & Beverage department in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position involves working closely with both the Service and Culinary teams to ensure administrative and operational tasks are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the F&B department, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal communication flows.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks and scheduling across service and culinary operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, supporting department heads.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in F&B or hospitality is advantageous.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, or procurement platforms like BirchStreet is a plus.
