Join the Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) in Dubai as a Flying Instructor, delivering top-tier aviation training to ab-initio cadets. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality flying instruction to ab-initio cadets using SR-22 single engine aircraft and potentially DA42 twin engine

Conduct simulator and ground instruction, as well as pre- and post-flight briefings

Monitor and assess cadets’ flying skills and performance; prepare reports accordingly

Ensure cadet safety during all training operations

Deliver periodic evaluations and checks to ensure cadets meet program standards

Recommend innovative training methodologies and support other flying training initiatives as directed by the Chief Flying Instructor
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 700 total flight hours, including 500 hours of instructional time and 200 hours of IFR time
-
GCAA or ICAO CPL or ATPL with Single Engine Class Rating
-
Current Flight Instructor Rating with Night and Instrument privileges
-
Class 1 Medical Certificate with no restrictions (except visual corrections)

ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
-
Solid understanding of varied instructional methodologies and techniques
-
Experience in a large Approved Training Organization (ATO)

Computer literate
