Fluencer PR L.L.C-FZ is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Media Sales. The role involves driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships within the media industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai’s media landscape.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
✅ Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored media solutions.
✅ Market Research & Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging media platforms.
✅ Proposal Development – Prepare and present detailed proposals, including media plans, budgets, and timelines.
✅ Negotiation & Closing – Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable deals and high client satisfaction.
✅ Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
🔹 Requirements:
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in media sales, crypto, blockchain, or related fields (Dubai market experience preferred).
- Proven sales track record with experience in achieving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s media industry and marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
