Role Summary:
We are urgently seeking a Florist for our Ajman location. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with a creative flair and a passion for floral design. The Florist will be responsible for creating and arranging floral displays, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all floral products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and arrange bouquets and floral decorations for various occasions

• Handle customer inquiries and take orders professionally

• Maintain flower freshness and shop cleanliness

• Restock floral supplies and manage inventory levels

• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets

• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and build client loyalty

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in floral arrangements and flower shop operations

• Strong creativity and attention to detail in floral design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in decoration and event floral setups is a plus
