The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of floral design, passion for colors and presentation, and the ability to create stunning arrangements for events, clients, and content shoots. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and craft elegant bouquets and floral arrangements for customers, events, and brand shoots.

• Contribute creative ideas and stay updated on current floral trends and styles.

• Interact with clients to understand their floral needs and assist in choosing the right arrangements.

• Participate in photoshoots and social media content, representing the brand confidently on camera.

• Handle venue decorations, flower displays, and premium packaging for luxury gifting.

• Maintain the freshness, cleanliness, and presentation of flowers and the workspace.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in floral design or bouquet creation (retail or events).

• Strong sense of creativity, color coordination, and styling.

• Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Confident personality, comfortable being featured in photos or short videos.

• Formal training in floristry or design is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Passionate, punctual, and collaborative team player.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month (Negotiable)
