Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a talented and creative Florist to join their Housekeeping Department. The Florist will be responsible for designing and maintaining stunning floral arrangements that enhance the luxurious ambiance of the hotel. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to manage floral displays across various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and special events.
Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for the lobby, guest rooms, public areas, weddings, VIP functions, and hotel events

Maintain daily floral freshness and ensure the upkeep of floral displays throughout the hotel

Collaborate with departments such as Events, Front Office, and Food & Beverage to provide themed floral decor

Manage floral inventory and coordinate with suppliers to order fresh flowers and materials

Keep the flower room and workspace clean, organized, and efficient
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a florist in luxury hospitality or high-end floral boutiques

Creative flair with strong attention to detail and knowledge of seasonal flowers and floral design trends

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during special events

Highly responsible and reliable
