Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Florist to lead floral design for exclusive events and luxury experiences. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing floral installations that align with client visions and event themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed floral design plans, including flower selection, quantity, color palettes, and layout concepts.

• Execute high-end on-site floral setups, ensuring premium visual presentation and client satisfaction.

• Lead a team of floral assistants during setup and production, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency.

• Maintain the freshness and quality of floral inventory, managing supplier coordination and timely orders.

• Stay current with global floral trends and propose innovative concepts to elevate event aesthetics.

• Liaise with event managers and clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring all arrangements meet luxury standards.

Qualifications:

• Open to Filipino nationals, aged 40 years and below.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in floral design, preferably in luxury events or hospitality.

• Strong wrapping, arrangement, and flower care skills.

• Excellent knowledge of seasonal flowers, color theory, and presentation techniques.

• Floral design certification is preferred.

• Creative, client-focused, and team-oriented.
