We are currently seeking a Floral Designer Intern to join our vibrant team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about floral artistry and event aesthetics. You will be involved in designing floral arrangements, supporting event setups, managing inventory, and engaging directly with clients to bring their vision to life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements tailored to specific events and themes

• Assist with event decor and floral setup on-site

• Maintain floral inventory and ensure freshness of flowers

• Interact with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements

• Stay up-to-date with floral trends, color palettes, and seasonal styles

• Support the events team as needed to ensure seamless event execution

Qualifications:

• Skills in floral design and flower arrangement

• Artistic eye with a good understanding of color coordination and current trends

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Creativity and a flair for innovative, eye-catching design

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Previous experience in floral design or event planning is a plus

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
