As a Flex Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients across multiple locations. This reserve position requires flexibility, strong customer service, and a readiness to respond to varying site requirements on short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor multiple client sites across designated regions (travel required).

• Respond to incidents and emergencies while maintaining a professional presence.

• Complete detailed incident reports and documentation as required.

• Operate site vehicles, including full-size SUVs.

• Walk extensive distances (up to 6 miles per shift) during patrols.

• Provide support in enforcing client safety protocols and site regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut State Guard Card (Required)

• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License with clean driving record

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred; military/law enforcement background considered

• Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor

• Strong customer service orientation and self-motivation
