Securitas USA Northeast Region is hiring part-time Flex Security Officers across various locations in Virginia, including Richmond, Winchester, Harrisonburg, and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with open availability, including weekends, who want to build a flexible career in the security industry. No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided!

Job Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites.

• Ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel.

• Monitor access points and perform patrols of premises.

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and their employees/visitors.

• Maintain order and enforce regulations on-site.

• Complete reports and documentation clearly and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required

• Must pass a drug screening and background check

• Physically able to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Available to work weekends and varying shifts

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00/hour

• Schedule: Part-Time, Open Availability Required (including weekends)
