As a Flex Security Lead Officer, you’ll be a key member of the Flex Team — covering multiple client sites, ensuring consistent high standards of security, and mentoring fellow officers. This role requires adaptability, strong leadership, and the ability to handle various shifts and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security coverage across multiple client sites

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance

• Respond to incidents and escalate issues appropriately

• Train and support Flex Team members

• Maintain thorough documentation of incidents and activities

• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience (leadership preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Strong computer literacy

• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

• Calm and professional under pressure

• Able to meet all pre-employment requirements
