ZF Group is seeking a Fleet Management & Business Development Manager to enhance its presence in the Subregion. The role involves identifying large truck and bus fleets, increasing ZF product awareness, expanding the scope of work, and developing relationships with fleet distributors. The manager will also focus on business development through product and service initiatives, while achieving incremental sales targets and strengthening the ZF Pro Service Network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target the largest truck and bus fleets in the Subregion.

• Organize fleet visits and product awareness events to increase ZF product visibility.

• Monitor fleet spare parts and vehicle tenders.

• Develop and implement business opportunities with product or service initiatives.

• Achieve incremental sales targets set by the regional fleet management team.

• Increase awareness of ZF Pro Service Network and develop business relationships with fleets.

Qualifications:

• Regional business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong knowledge of customer structures and market dynamics in the Subregion.

• Engineering or commercial background with solid product expertise.

• Minimum of 10 years of international experience in the automotive aftermarket business.

• Proven management skills and regional networking capabilities.

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both oral and written.
