This position combines office presence and remote flexibility, offering a prime opportunity for professionals eager to grow within the interior fitout industry across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
– Generate high-quality leads and pursue new business opportunities
– Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client requirements
– Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
– Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
– Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and precision
– Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications:
– Proven sales experience, preferably in interior fitouts or turnkey solutions
– In-depth understanding of the UAE market and fitout industry landscape
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
– Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline
– Experience in Dubai or the Middle East is an added advantage
