AD Ports Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Fighter to join their emergency response team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves responding promptly to emergencies, protecting public safety, and maintaining firefighting equipment. Candidates will be trained in rescue operations, hazardous material handling, and emergency vehicle operations, contributing to the safety and security of the port and surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately and safely to emergency calls, including fires, road accidents, floods, hazardous material incidents, and rescue operations.

• Protect life and property during emergencies, including rescuing trapped individuals and animals.

• Inspect, maintain, and operate firefighting appliances and equipment, including testing fire hydrants and emergency water supplies.

• Participate in drills, physical training, and exercises to maintain readiness and proficiency.

• Drive fire vehicles safely to locations inside and outside the port.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Safety, Engineering, Science, HSE, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

• Firefighter Level II certification (minimum 120 hours beyond Level I), including fire behavior, suppression systems, rescue, and hazmat operations (NFPA 1081 and NFPA 1001 knowledge).

• Certified Emergency Vehicle Operations (CEVO) – minimum 16 hours per NFPA 1451/1002.

• Hazmat operation level course (at least 24 hours) per NFPA 472, OSHA, or EPA standards.

• First responder course (OPRC Level 1 – minimum 40 hours) per IMO guidelines.

• Valid UAE driving license.
