Beyond-ED is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand its strategic partnerships with financial institutions, primarily banks, at both local and international levels. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in senior business development or relationship management within a major bank or reputable payment service provider, with deep knowledge of the financial landscape and a strong network of institutional contacts.
Key Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with local, regional, and global banks to facilitate account openings and payment channel access.

Identify, assess, and approach potential banking partners using deep knowledge of the financial services ecosystem.

Serve as the primary point of contact for financial institutions, managing all communication and negotiations.

Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Risk Control, Product) to ensure business alignment and regulatory compliance.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively suggest new strategic directions and opportunities.

Provide regular reports and insights to leadership regarding relationship status, opportunities, and risks.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in senior business development or relationship management roles within a major bank or payment service provider.

Deep knowledge of the local financial and banking landscape, with an established network of institutional contacts.

Proven negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and relationship management abilities.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required; Chinese is a strong plus.
