Job Overview:
As a Financial Trainer, you will deliver training programs both in-person and online, develop and review course content, and ensure the training meets Kaplan’s quality standards. The role requires collaboration across teams and travel within the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and training sessions in classroom and online formats.

• Use varied teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

• Integrate innovative training technologies and methods.

• Be flexible in delivering new topics and courses.

• Travel to deliver trainings for KPME clients across the MENA region.

Content Development & Review:

• Contribute to developing and reviewing course content.

• Collaborate with internal and freelance content developers.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.

• Professional certification: ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.

• 3+ years in financial accounting, investment banking, equity research, or banking.

• 1–3 years’ experience in professional financial training.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel internationally within MENA.
