Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to support accurate financial documentation and help ensure compliance with state and national financial laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, assisting in audits, and preparing insightful financial reports to guide key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to verify financial accuracy.

• Review and maintain precise month-end closing records and financial statements.

• Support the annual audit process by providing transparent records and reconciling transactions.

• Generate accurate financial closing reports in accordance with timelines.

• Reconcile bank statements and track company finances to produce timely, detailed financial insights.

• Ensure strict compliance with financial laws and standard operating procedures.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Up-to-date knowledge of cost management and financial trends for effective budget handling.

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with management and other departments.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to make fast, accurate financial decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
