ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a prestigious Family Office’s Group Finance team. This role drives financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across a diversified portfolio including real estate, oil, and logistics sectors. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the FP&A Analyst will develop financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, consolidate performance reports, and collaborate on ERP/OMS integration projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain dynamic financial models for real estate projects, joint ventures, and investments.

Analyze project finance metrics, funding waterfalls, and ROI to support strategic decision-making.

Assist with group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to optimize financial performance.

Consolidate and prepare performance reports, executive dashboards, and board packs for leadership.

Analyze capital and liquidity management, recommend optimization strategies.

Collaborate with ERP and OMS implementation teams for financial data integration.

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations, JV accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Professional qualifications preferred: ACCA, ACA, CFA.

3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably within family offices, holding companies, or real estate investment groups in UAE/GCC.

Advanced financial modeling and project finance skills.

Strong ERP experience, high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and JV accounting.

Basic knowledge of OMS or similar financial integration systems.

Analytical, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 (market benchmark)
