Financial Analyst – CEO Office

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the CEO Office of a leading organization in Dubai. This role is designed to provide hands-on support in financial analysis, accounting review, and tax-related matters, working closely with senior leadership and the finance team.

The position requires strong technical expertise, sound accounting judgment, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Statutory Support

  • Review and support statutory accounting processes in line with IFRS
  • Assist with year-end closing activities, including analysis and preparation of supporting schedules
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of balance sheet and P&L reconciliations

Tax Analysis & Compliance

  • Prepare and review VAT and Corporate Tax computations
  • Analyze tax positions and assess their impact on profitability and cash flow
  • Develop tax-related reports, schedules, and analytical summaries

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Review management accounts and financial statements with a strong analytical approach
  • Analyze financial performance, trends, cost drivers, and variances across entities
  • Identify risks, anomalies, and key business insights for leadership
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and financial summaries for executive review

Financial Modelling & Scenario Planning

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and forecasting
  • Evaluate financial outcomes related to growth initiatives and cost structures

Investor & Executive Reporting

  • Support preparation of investor reports, financial packs, and presentations
  • Assist with responses to financial queries from investors and senior stakeholders
  • Provide clear and structured financial insights to support CEO decision-making

Coordination & Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure accurate data flow
  • Liaise with external advisors on tax and reporting matters
  • Provide analytical support aligned with CEO priorities

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory
  • Strong experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or investor reporting is preferred
