Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial reports, assisting with monthly closings, and supporting tax computations and returns. You will collaborate with auditors during external audits and ensure the preparation of accurate financial reports. Your insights will help drive sound financial decision-making and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze account and system-related reports to assess the organization’s financial performance.

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and prepare accurate financial statements.

• Provide support for tax computations and filing of returns.

• Collaborate during the yearly external audit and assist in handling auditors’ queries.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company finances to produce insightful financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.

• Present in-depth analysis of financial statements, including reports for management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in cross-department coordination.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to make sound financial decisions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for preparing financial reports and statements.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure to deliver timely reports.
