Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven Financial Analyst to support accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports while ensuring all financial documentation is error-free and aligned with the company’s fiscal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain month-end financial records by reviewing all statements and supporting documents.

• Support external audit processes and effectively coordinate with auditors.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings with a high level of accuracy.

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor overall financial health to produce timely, insightful financial reports.

• Implement and enforce financial policies and regulations throughout company operations.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a strong academic or professional background in financial analysis.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost-reduction strategies.

• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with management and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly.

• Reporting and analytical expertise with hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
