Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to assist with evaluating financial statements, preparing reports, and supporting the monthly and annual audit processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient closure of financial periods, and adherence to financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financial statements and streamline daily financial processes to improve efficiency.

• Facilitate the swift closure of monthly accounts by computing tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.

• Assist with the yearly external audit process and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare general ledger and closing reports with detailed transaction information.

• Reconcile bank statements, monitor company finances, and issue accurate reports within deadlines.

• Ensure strict adherence to national and state finance laws and standard operating procedures.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

• Proven ability in financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and variance analysis to reduce business expenses.

• Strong negotiation skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

• High attention to detail with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
