Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing financial reports, facilitating timely closures, supporting audits, and providing accurate assessments to assist executive decision-making. You will play a vital part in ensuring the company’s financial operations comply with all regulations and maintain transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial documents including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Facilitate timely monthly closings by computing taxes, fixed assets, and ledger details.

• Support the annual audit process by working with independent evaluators and supplying accurate company transactions and financial data.

• Prepare general ledger entries and closing reports with in-depth transactional insights.

• Provide senior management with reliable financial assessments to aid strategic business decisions.

• Coordinate with various departments and ensure adherence to standard accounting laws, practices, and financial reporting regulations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of finance, budgeting, accounting, and cost control principles.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting and connecting complex financial data.

• Ability to generate accurate, timely reports in line with organizational requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
