Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to assist with the evaluation of financial statements, support balance sheet and tax calculations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with the independent auditor during annual evaluations and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. This role requires a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, a proactive approach to compliance, and the ability to streamline financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate financial statements to streamline daily financial processes

• Provide assistance in preparing balance sheets, tax calculations, and other financial reports

• Support independent auditors in conducting annual evaluations of company records

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in compliance with regulations

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and industry standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong accounting background with a keen interest in the finance domain

• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support efficient in-house operations and maintain partner relationships

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and investigate financial data

• Sound understanding of financial reports, balance sheets, and other financial documents

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and technology tools to improve financial processes
