Job Description:
As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in assessing financial data, supporting the closing procedures, and assisting in audit processes. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, and aiding in business decision-making. You will work closely with management to ensure compliance with financial regulations, help optimize financial operations, and provide accurate financial assessments to guide critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Assessments & Reporting
Examine account and system-related reports to make accurate financial assessments, ensuring all financial activities are aligned with company goals and financial regulations. -
Month-End Closing Procedures
Assist in monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records and generating general ledger and closing reports. -
Tax Computations & Returns
Support tax computations and returns preparation to ensure timely and accurate filing of tax documents. -
External Audits
Assist with the annual external audit, ensuring all required documentation and financial records are prepared and readily available for auditors. -
Financial Analysis for Decision-Making
Support top management with financial assessments, providing insights and recommendations to facilitate critical business decisions. -
Compliance with Financial Regulations
Coordinate with management to uphold and adhere to national laws and regulations related to fiscal activities, ensuring proper monitoring, updating, and maintenance of financial operations.
Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background
Degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field. -
Financial Expertise
Proficient in handling financial activities and implementing management and cost-reduction strategies. -
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze financial data with attention to detail and precision in reporting. -
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth in-house operations and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders. -
Technology Proficiency
Qualified in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a proven track record of using technology to enhance financial tasks and improve operational efficiency.
