Job Title: Financial Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, managing audits, supporting tax and compliance functions, and ensuring timely financial reporting aligned with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate financial statements to enhance daily accounting operations.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining balance sheets, income statements, tax documentation, and other financial reports.

• Manage the company’s annual external audit process, ensuring all records are complete and compliant.

• Perform financial closing activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Publish timely and accurate financial statements in line with regulatory and internal deadlines.

• Adhere to all financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to prepare reports and interpret financial data for strategic decision-making.
