Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their established Accountancy & Finance team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role involves driving business development, building client relationships, and sourcing top talent within the GCC region. As part of a globally recognized consultancy, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, working with exclusive clients and engaging with influential business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development, lead generation, and client engagement.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Negotiate contracts and pitch tailored recruitment solutions.

Source top talent through networking, meetings, and events.

Work with exclusive, high-profile clients across various sectors.

Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional recruitment services.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, ideally in the Accountancy and Finance sector.

Proven track record of billing and achieving recruitment targets.
-
Strong pro-active business development skills.

Ability to manage client accounts and relationships effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player, able to collaborate within a diverse environment.

Ability to relocate within 3 months (for international candidates).
