Robert Walters is seeking an experienced Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their established Accountancy & Finance team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role involves driving business development, building client relationships, and sourcing top talent within the GCC region. As part of a globally recognized consultancy, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, working with exclusive clients and engaging with influential business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development, lead generation, and client engagement.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Negotiate contracts and pitch tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Source top talent through networking, meetings, and events.

  • Work with exclusive, high-profile clients across various sectors.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional recruitment services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience, ideally in the Accountancy and Finance sector.

  • Proven track record of billing and achieving recruitment targets.

  • Strong pro-active business development skills.

  • Ability to manage client accounts and relationships effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player, able to collaborate within a diverse environment.

  • Ability to relocate within 3 months (for international candidates).
