Personnel Search Services Group is seeking an experienced Finance Partner for a leading global business group in the agricultural sector, with significant operations in Africa. This full-time, on-site position in Dubai requires a financial controller with expertise in financial planning, consolidation, and IFRS compliance across multiple regions. The Finance Partner will oversee financial operations in the UAE and Africa, manage financial risks, and support business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience, including regional experience in the UAE and Africa, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting tools. You will play a key role in financial strategy, reporting, and decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

Consolidate financial statements and ensure IFRS and local compliance

Manage financial risks, tax regulations, and compliance with local laws

Drive financial efficiency and cost reduction initiatives

Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury operations

Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to support strategic decisions

Implement financial controls and process automation
Qualifications & Skills:

6-10 years of experience in financial management or controlling

Expertise in financial consolidation and IFRS reporting

Regional experience in UAE & Africa

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and cross-border financial operations

Leadership and problem-solving skills
-
CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
