Job Description:

Irwin & Dow is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join a highly respected organisation in Dubai. This full-time role is open exclusively to UAE nationals and is ideal for a finance professional with hands-on experience in invoicing, procurement, accounts reconciliation, and financial controls within structured, policy-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate customer invoices on time, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and reconciled with system reports.

• Track variances between management data and invoices issued; manage receivables to ensure timely collection.

• Manage procurement and purchasing processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, travel and training requests, in line with company policies.

• Maintain procurement logs, validate supplier invoices, and ensure proper approvals are obtained.

• Reconcile purchasing credit card statements, petty cash, and supplier/customer accounts.

• Support monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Deputise for other finance team members and provide administrative or secretarial support as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in multinational or regulated organisations.

• Strong understanding of accounting policies across invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and procurement.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with strong analytical skills.
