Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage finance operations including collections, reconciliations, and investment operations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial processes, supporting one of the UAE’s most innovative savings plans.


Key Responsibilities:

💼 Collections & Reconciliation:

  • Process monthly employer contributions

  • Perform daily end-to-end bank reconciliations

  • Manage excess contributions, shortfalls, and refunds

  • Liaise with clients to resolve mismatches and queries

💹 Investment Operations:

  • Ensure accurate and timely trade placements

  • Track trade settlements and support investment switches/redemptions

📊 Reporting & Support:

  • Contribute to monthly and ad hoc reports for Trustees and regulators

  • Ensure integrity through robust reconciliation and reporting

🔍 Compliance & Process Improvement:

  • Align reconciliation with internal policies and audit standards

  • Detect financial anomalies and propose operational enhancements

  • Suggest process automation and support system improvements


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, pensions, or investment operations

  • Expertise in bank reconciliations and financial controls

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus

  • Adaptability in hybrid or digital work environments

  • Proven ability to manage reporting, data accuracy, and client interactions effectively
