Job Description:
Guildhall is partnering with a fast-growing retail and fashion brand in Dubai to hire a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for building the finance function from scratch — setting up systems, processes, compliance structures, and delivering key financial insights to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead all finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.

• Design and implement financial policies and accounting systems aligned with best practices.

• Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).

• Oversee cash flow management, supplier payments, and working capital optimization.

• Handle inventory accounting, cost analysis, and support retail operations and merchandising teams.

• Ensure full VAT and tax compliance; coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Recruit and manage a high-performing finance team as the business scales.

• Provide strategic financial advice to leadership, supporting business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications preferred).

• Minimum 6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within retail or fashion sectors.

• Proven expertise in setting up or transforming finance functions.

• Strong ERP and financial modeling skills.

• High attention to detail, excellent analytical ability, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
