Position Title: Finance Manager – Family Office

About the Role:
Charterhouse is working with a prominent family office that has recently relocated its principal operations to Dubai to expand its investment footprint across the GCC region. As part of this transition, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and governance across the group’s investment and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial accounting for a diverse portfolio of investments and real estate assets.

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.

• Develop comprehensive management reports, budgeting, and strategic forecasts.

• Take full ownership of statutory reporting, including VAT and Corporate Tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Ensure timely finalization of IFRS-compliant financial statements and coordinate with auditors.

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support investment decisions and business performance.

• Assist in financial modelling, cost controls, and consolidation of group accounts.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with a background in a Big Four or top-tier audit firm.

• 5+ years post-qualification experience in financial control, accounting, or reporting roles.

• Prior exposure to investment accounting, property asset management, or family office operations is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of IFRS, UAE tax regulations (VAT & Corporate Tax), and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

• Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and budgeting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic, hands-on approach.

• Familiarity with the UAE financial and investment landscape is a plus.
