Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong blend of financial expertise, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have mastery in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and compliance, coupled with experience handling Letters of Credit (LC). They must be a dynamic leader capable of steering a finance team, advising executives, and communicating effectively with investors. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance team in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Build and manage comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling systems.

Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Manage and optimize ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.

Handle all financial aspects related to Letters of Credit (LC) and international transactions.

Provide strategic financial advice and insights to the executive leadership team and investors.

Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and business risk assessments.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence across the organization.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment with operational strategies.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to guide financial decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (MBA or CPA preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.

Proven expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, modeling, and KPI development.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

Strong background in handling Letters of Credit and international financial transactions.
