Role Overview:
As Finance Manager, you will lead the financial planning and operations of the company, ensuring financial health, risk management, and long-term sustainability. You’ll play a key role in advising senior management on financial strategy, overseeing budgets and forecasts, and optimizing the company’s financial performance across projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth and investment goals.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning to support real estate development and operational activities.

Conduct financial analysis to evaluate risks, returns, and feasibility of new ventures.

Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.

Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.

Manage financial audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.

Supervise accounting functions, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and reconciliations.

Analyze cost structures, implement cost-control initiatives, and identify areas for financial efficiency.

Monitor and maintain sufficient liquidity to meet project and operational needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial initiatives.

Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and continuous development.

Report key financial metrics and insights to executive leadership to support decision-making.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree, CPA, or CFA certification is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of finance experience, ideally in real estate development or construction.
