About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting, while also mentoring the finance team and enhancing overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in alignment with company goals

• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements as per GAAP/IFRS standards

• Monitor cash flow, oversee treasury activities, and manage banking relationships

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements

• Drive cost-control initiatives and process improvements

• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

• Supervise payroll, A/P, A/R, and internal controls

• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the finance team

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s/CPA is a plus)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management and analysis

• Strong command of GAAP/IFRS and regulatory compliance

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
