Finance Manager – Full-Time | Dubai, UAE

A leading international professional services firm is seeking an experienced and fully qualified Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Dubai. This is a strategic, full-time role for an individual with strong leadership, reporting, and compliance expertise within the UAE market.

As the Finance Manager, you will report to regional and global finance leadership and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, compliance, reporting, and financial strategy. You will play a key role in supporting commercial initiatives, improving financial performance, and ensuring adherence to both local and international financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all finance and accounting functions for the Dubai office in compliance with UAE laws and firm-wide policies.

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports – monthly, quarterly, and annual – for senior leadership.

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles across departments and business units.

  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and costs; implement controls to improve financial efficiency.

  • Oversee billing, WIP, collections, and debt management processes.

  • Manage VAT and tax compliance, including coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.

  • Provide financial models and analysis to support pricing strategies and business development.

  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, building capability and ensuring performance.

  • Coordinate with the global finance team to align systems and reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification).

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a senior finance role, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Experience in a UAE-based multinational professional services firm or Big Four company is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth understanding of UAE tax regulations, including VAT compliance.

  • Advanced knowledge of financial software (Elite 3E, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Applicants must currently reside in GCC countries.
